Adopted: “Buddy” (was “Bob)

We love pup-dates on our adopted Rescues:

Buddy traveled like an old pro in our truck, and was a model camp dog around our travel trailer. We went on many long walks and hikes in the desert around Camp Verde. He has proven to be a hunting dog! His nose to the ground and tail wagging all the time. He managed to point a couple of quail and held his point until I stepped up to flush the birds. What a treat to see him do what he must have been trained for in his early life. He responds to my calls and directions even when he is hot on the trail. Amazing dog!”

The SCVC Vizsla Rescue for the Southern California Region is recognized by the Vizsla Club of America and receives funding support from individual donations, adoption fees, local fund-raising events and the VCA Welfare Foundation. The goal of breed rescue is to re-home Vizslas in need to loving families and provide rehabilitation and foster care for abandoned or abused Vizslas. We also provide breed education and encourage responsible dog ownership; promoting spay/neuter for all companion animals.
